Licensed Captains
Our vessels are operated by USCG licensed captains (25 GRT minimum) with more than 10 years of experience on Alaskan waters. All personnel routinely attend ongoing training and safety drills and are First Aid/CPR certified. Our captains and crew are happy to be your water taxi tour guides.
Safety
Our fleet is routinely maintained to the highest possible standards to ensure our clients get the safety and service they deserve. Each vessel is equipped with life preservers, first aid, redundant communication, AIS (vessel tracking), survival equipment, and emergency supplies. Our operators are intimately familiar with our areas of operation and the varying sea states we encounter.

Logistics
Our freight and passenger terminal is East Point Dock, located in the Kodiak channel at 420 E. Marine way. This facility is owned and operated by our family of companies, Apex, LLC and Highmark Marine Fabrication, LLC.
